With over 15 years of experience in fitness and performance coaching, I help people train with purpose, fuel their bodies with intention, and feel strong from the inside out. I work with people from all walks of life, especially those in their 40s and beyond, or former athletes looking to reconnect with their strength and confidence. You don’t have to be training for a competition to take your health seriously—you just need the right support, strategy, and accountability.
My coaching combines effective, scalable training methods—like CrossFit, hybrid conditioning (HYROX/DEKA), and strength work—with nutrition coaching that’s rooted in habits, not hype. We’ll focus on what actually works for you, whether that means improving energy, building muscle, losing fat, or just feeling better in your skin.
